New Production Machines Have Arrived

Today, we launched our fifth aluminum extrusion production line. This new line includes a fully automatic cooling machine and a fully automatic stretching machine. We are excited about the increased production capacity. With five aluminum extrusion presses of different sizes, our factory can now produce five types of aluminum profiles to meet diverse customer needs.

The New Facility Contains the Following Machines

Aluminum Extruder: This machine extrudes and shapes aluminum profiles. It applies pressure to heated aluminum, pushing it through a die to create the desired shape.

Long Bar Hot Shear Furnace: This furnace heats and cuts raw aluminum bars for the extruder.

Die Furnace: This furnace heats the die, allowing smooth shaping of aluminum during extrusion.

Drawing Machine and Cooling Bed: After extrusion, this system draws and cools the aluminum profiles to maintain their shape and size.

Aging Furnace: This furnace increases the hardness of aluminum profiles, improving their physical properties.

The Newly Added 1,800-ton Extruder Has the Following Advantages

Wide Range of Materials

This machine can extrude not just aluminum but also other metals and alloys, such as magnesium and lead. It produces various profiles, including architectural, industrial, and aluminum alloy profiles, doors, windows, roller shutters, and components for vehicles and aerospace applications.

Extrusion Processing

The 1,800-ton aluminum extruder shapes aluminum materials using forces up to 1,800 tons. This machine is perfect for creating industrial profiles and curtain wall profiles.

High Precision Control

This equipment features a fast-responding servo motor. When the system’s flow rate changes, the servo motor adjusts its speed based on the required instruction. This allows for precise control during the extrusion process.

High Efficiency and Energy Saving

The 1,800-ton extruder is more energy-efficient than traditional models. Its precise control system reduces energy waste while boosting productivity.
