Aluminum extrusion

Aluminum extrusion means applying pressure to the aluminum blank placed in the extrusion barrel to force the aluminum blank to undergo directional deformation and be extruded from the die hole of the extrusion die. In order to obtain the required cross-sectional shape and size, its principle is similar to squeezing toothpaste. Before placing the aluminum blank, the material needs to be preheated to a temperature generally around 480°C. At present, we have a total of five extrusion production lines, which can meet the requirements of customers for the production of most aluminum alloy materials. We provide heat treatment processing to meet the strength requirements of building materials.

Anodizing surface treatment

In order to overcome the shortcomings of aluminum alloy surface hardness and wear resistance, expand the scope of application, and extend the service life, surface treatment technology has become an indispensable part of the use of aluminum profiles, and anodizing technology is currently the most widely used and most successful. What is an oxidation treatment? Anodizing is generally a process in which aluminum and its alloys form an oxide film on aluminum products (anodes) under the action of applied current under the corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions. This oxide film has a protective and decorative role. Currently, our factory can provide many anodizing color options, and customers can choose the product color according to their personal needs.

We have a chemical laboratory to test the quality of the surface of aluminum products. We support salt spray test for powder coating. Film thickness test and aluminum hardness test.

Anodic electrophoresis treatment

Electrophoretic coating has the advantages of full, uniform, flat and smooth coating. The hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance and penetration resistance of the paint film are significantly better than other surface treatment processes. Electrophoretic painted profiles are durable and not easy to fade. However, the color of electrophoretic coating is relatively single and has higher requirements on profiles. At present, our factory has an electrophoresis production line that can meet customers’ aluminum electrophoresis surface treatment requirements.

Powder Coating Finish

Spraying power is also a method of surface treatment of aluminum profiles. It uses equipment such as a spray gun or disc atomizer to disperse liquid paint such as paint into uniform and fine droplets with the help of pressure or centrifugal force, and then applies it to the surface of the object to be coated coating method. They can achieve quickly uniform or gradual color changes by spraying. Pre-treatment is required before spraying, and surface residues are removed by washing with water. After spraying, dry at high temperature to achieve surface curing. At present, our factory has a fully automatic spraying production line, which can provide different surface color products according to customer needs.

CNC maching

Polishing

Aluminum profile surface polishing is an important processing technology in aluminum profile processing. It can improve the durability and aesthetics of aluminum profile products. Welding

Our factory provides welding processing, our welding mainly serves to weld fences, guardrails and overhead railing. part of the louvers or aluminum frames can also be welded processing by our factory. Our annual production capacity can reach 20,000 square meters. We are able to weld metal frames and fences of various shapes and sizes.
